Before/after hours appointments are available on a case to case basis with a $10 minimum (service based) up-charge PER SERVICE. Cancellation Policy
I require a 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of services booked.
No call/no show - This will result in 50% charge of the services booked. Will require full payment up front for future bookings.
Late arrivals - Please note that if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule if your services can not be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes into your appointment time, it will be considered a "no show" and you will be charged 50% for the services booked, as well as required to pay in full up front for future appts.
Deposits - If you book a service that requires a deposit and needs to be rescheduled, your deposit will be carried over ONE TIME. You have 30 days from the original date of service to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. You will need to reschedule and pay another deposit.
FAILURE TO PAY LATE/NO SHOW FEES WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC BAN FROM BOOKING.
